Shakti, te felicito por tanta sabiduria profesionalismo y conocimiento que transmites con sencillez, en tu centro de yoga encontre alivio a mis dolores de columna, paz, armonia y relajacion total yo le recomiendo a todos los que visiten la isla darse la oportunidad de asistir. Gracias por tu ayuda y paciencia, es el lugar que extrañare de la isla, espero verte pronto en cancun.

Hola Selene!!!! Extraño tus clases!!!! la verdad no he encontrado clases de yoga tan padres como las tuyas!!! Ademas hay mucha armonía en el grupo y siempre se siente una energía super positiva!!! Espero que siempre te vaya super bien y que sigan tus existos!!!

¿Dónde vives? , el próximo mes en Cozumel y Playa del Carmen.

This past winter, I had the opportunity to practice yoga at the ShaktiOm Center in Cozumel. I was so impressed with yogini Shakti Ma; it was very strange to find this amazing teacher in Cozumel…I hope that I will be able to study some day with this beautiful yogini; she is a very gifted woman.

I discovered acupuncture almost by accident; now is a weekly ritual. I rely on it to boost my inmune system in flu season, increase my energy when my daily activities demand more or me and relax when they are about to frag me down.

The group acupuncture rate has allowed me to indulge in a treatment that keeps me healthy while adding pleasure and tranquility to my life.

Selene, what a true treasure you are. From your manner, your smile, and most importantly, the results, I am so glad to have met you and experienced the best therapeutic session ever. At the end of my Yoga Therapy session I was in a complete state of bliss. Neither awake nor asleep, I found myself in a state of utter quite —- no inner dialogue, no thoughts of what I needed to do tomorrow —- just a simple state of being and enjoying what had come before. I hope to have the pleasure to see you again soon.

This massage was absolutely the best massage I’ve ever received. I love deep-tissues and have lots of knots and tightness from stress and running. So when I saw Selene I thought “will the massage be fuerte?” And – oh my goodness – Selene really is an expert. The combination of pressure and stretching and pulling and whatever else was going on was INCREDIBLE. The next day both my girlfriend and I, who got the same massage, were impressed that our bodies felt so relaxed and healed — something I rarely feel after the deep-tissues I’ve gotten in the states. Thank you, Selene, on top of it all you are such a neat woman and you set up a wonderful environment with your candles and incense and love.
