    NAMASTE GUSTAVO:
    Para asistir al grupo de RA-HARAKTYS tienes que ser iniado en esta meditación. Habra una nueva iniciación en FEBRERO del 2010.
    Sin embargo tengo un lindisimo e interesante grupo de meditación abierto a todos, donde vemos diversas técnicas de meditación, respiración y relajación (DHYANA-PRANAYAMA-DHARANA-SWARA YOGA) e incluímos parte de la filosófia del yoga:
    MARTES Y JUEVES 8 pm
