Use of the veils, sword, baton, tambourines,floor performance, Tribal Dances from the Middle East, te ancestral abdomen’s Massage, Femenine Tantra, breathing from the “Youth’s Elixir”; as well the origins of the Belly Dance.

At Health’s level:

The practice of these dances will notably help you to drop weight and dress size, particularly in the abdomen and hips. You will notably tone your legs, arms and abdomen. You will balance your hormone system and therefore resolve problems related to menopause, menstrual cycle and frigidity. You will re-activate a complete sexual life, feel and look rejuvenated.

At an Emotional level:

With this dance and the different mentioned techniques, YOU WILL ACTIVATE YOUR FULL FEMENINE POTENTIAL, you will feel -and look- confident, fresh, rejuvenated, wise, and sensual! You will learn the arts of the femenine Tantra, the healing shamanism and the Art of Seduction.
